Abstract :
The rapid development of technology and the ever-increasing needs of consumers encourage the industry to run dynamically and change all the time without banking. The use of technology by banking has given rise to digital services such as mobile banking which can be used anytime and anywhere. This research aims to determine the level of customer acceptance of the presence of the Bima Mobile service, which is a mobile banking application owned by Bank Jateng using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach introduced by Davis in 1989. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 416 Bima Mobile user respondents. The research method uses quantitative methods and SEM PLS data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that risk perception, technology acceptance, personal innovation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude to use have a significant effect on intention to use. using Bima Mobile. This research shows the relationship between TAM's external and internal variables to analyze the use of Bima Mobile.
