Abstract :
Abstract The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of perceived benefits, effectiveness, and perceived risk on satisfaction in using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a non-cash payment method. This study focuses on the residents of Semarang Regency who have already utilized the QRIS application for transactions. The research employs a quantitative approach, and the population consists of individuals residing in Semarang Regency who have adopted the QRIS application for transactions. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, and the exact population size is indeterminable.The data analysis involves instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, model fit testing, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS Statistics 26 program. The findings indicate that perceived benefits, when considered individually, have a positive and significant impact on satisfaction with the use of QRIS. Similarly, effectiveness, when analyzed in isolation, positively and significantly influences satisfaction with the use of QRIS. Additionally, perceived risk, when examined separately, also has a negative and not significant effect on satisfaction in utilizing QRIS.
