Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of moral reasoning, crisis communication, and subjective norms on the intention to register for Hajj, by considering perceived behavioral control as a moderating variable. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used the slovin formula so that 100 respondents were obtained. Data analysis using SmartPLS. The results of this research are: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of moral reasoning on the intention to register for hajj. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of crisis communication on the intention to register for hajj. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of subjective norms on the intention to register for hajj. 4) Perceived behavioral control weakening the influence of moral reasoning on the intention to register for the hajj. 5) Perceived behavioral control does not play a moderating role or neither strengthens nor weakens the influence of crisis communication support on the intention to register for hajj. 6) Perceived behavioral control is able to moderate by strengthening the influence of subjective norms on the intention to register for the hajj.
