Abstract :
Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of convenience, benefits and security on customers' continued interest in using BSI mobile banking. This type of research data is quantitative research. The population in this study were Bank BSI KCP Demak customers. The sampling technique in this research was non-probability sampling and was determined using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and the sample consisted of 100 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that convenience, benefits and security have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using BSI mobile banking.
