Abstract :
Investment is the latest thing that is trending popular with various generations, this is evidenced by the increasing percentage of assets from year to year. Millenials and Gen Z are the generations that dominate the capital market in Indonesia 2023. In this study, comparing the preparation of Millenials and Gen Z for Investment Decisions. The purpose of this research is to find out how financial behavior is applied by Millenials and Gen Z in Semarang. Data Eligibility Test, Classical Assumption Test, Descriptive Statistical Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determination Coefficient Test (????2),, and Hypothesis Test (F Test and T Test) were conducted using SPSS 25. According to this research test shows that Financial Literacy, Locus Of Control, Herding Bias, Loss Aversion and Risk Perception have a positive and signifikan influence for Millenial Generation and Gen Z on Investment Decisions in the Stock Capital Market.
