Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internal marketing on work engagement and intention to leave through job satisfaction (Study at PT. BPR Nusamba Cepiring). Based on a survey conducted by researchers, a high number of employees leave from year to year, indicating that the level of attachment to the company is low or even has no sense of attachment (disengaged employees). The sample in this study was also 100 employees, the results showed that there was a positive and insignificant effect of internal marketing on work engagement, there was a positive and insignificant effect of internal marketing on intention to leave, there was a positive and significant effect of internal marketing on job satisfaction, there was a significant and positive effect of job satisfaction on work engagement, there was a significant and positive effect of job satisfaction on work engagement, there was a positive and significant effect of internal marketing on work engagement through job satisfaction, and there was a positive and significant effect of internal marketing on intention to leave through job satisfaction at PT. BPR Nusamba Cepiring.
