Abstract :
The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of servant leadership on job satisfaction with the mediating role of the work environment. The population in this research is all 45 employees of the Kendal Regency Planning, Research and Development Agency. Sampling in this research uses the census technique, namely a sampling technique where all members of the population will be taken as samples. So the number of samples is 45. The results of this research are that servant leadership influences job satisfaction. Servant leadership influences the work environment. The work environment influences job satisfaction. The servant leadership influences job satisfaction.mediated by work environment.
