Abstract :
The research objectives are work motivation, communication, organizational commitment. The population in this research is all 45 employees of the Kendal Regency Planning, Research and Development Agency. Sampling in this research uses the census technique, namely a sampling technique where all members of the population will be taken as samples. So the number of samples is 45.
The results of this research are that work motivation influences employee performance. Organizational communication influences employee performance. Organizational commitment influences employee performance
