Abstract :
Organizations must improve its performance to be a winner in the business world. The main key to increasing performance is the organization's ability to develop Human Resources. RSUP Dr. Kariadi is a hospital under the Kementerian Kesehatan which must develop human resources so that it can achieve the hospital's vision and mission. Things that influence employee performance include talent management mindset and talent management strategy. And to support this achievement, Dr. RSUP. Kariadi also pays attention to sustainable business factors. This research used a sample of employees at RSUP Dr. Kariadi is an ASN employee and a non-ASN employee (BLU) so that the sample is able to truly depict the current condition of the hospital. The model built in this research is intervening research. This research was tested using PLS ? SEM with the results of hypotheses 1 to hypothesis 7 accepted as significant.
