ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of workload management, incentives and motivation as mediating variables on the performance of employees of RSUD dr Gunawan Mangunkusumo Semarang Regency. This research uses quantitative methods and data techniques using PLS operated through Smart PLS 3.0 software. The sample selection method uses proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Respondents in this study were Hospital Directors, General Practitioners, Specialists, Midwives and Nurses as well as medical support with a total of 81 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out using an online questionnaire with the help of google form and distribution through respondents' WA numbers. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that: workload management has a significant positive effect on employee motivation and performance, incentives do not affect employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and motivation as a mediating variable is able to mediate the effect of workload management, incentives on employee performance.
