Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of capital structure, liquidity, and activity on the company’s financial performance, both partially and simultaneously. The independent variabel in this study is the capital structure measured by a Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) proxy, liquidity is measured by a Current Ratio (CR) proxy, and activity is measured by a Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) proxy. The dependent variable in this study is financial performance measured by the Return on Asset (ROA) proxy. The sampel selection used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the t-test during the two years of the study period capital structure and liuidity variables partially had no effect on financial performance, wheareas the activity variables partially had a poitive and significant effect on financial performance. Based on the F-test shows the results that all independent variables simultaneously influence the company’s financial performance.
