Abstract :
Progress in the company depends on the performance of each employee
involved in the work process in every part of the company. At PT. Kanalab Karya
Van selection of employees who will handle priority customers is still subjective
based on management's observations, because limited time and limited ability to
see all aspects accurately often lead to errors in decision making. So the sistem
created is to help the company PT. Kanalab Karya Van in terms of management,
so that they can make decisions quickly and accurately in overcoming problems
with the SPK (Decision Support Sistem) sistem and using the ARAS (Additive
Ratio Assessment) method which is a multi-criteria decision-making method
based on the concept of ranking using unility degrees. Based on testing on the
method used, it shows that the one who will get rank 1 with the highest score is
0.854553 with the name Uhairi. So in this study it can be concluded that, the
selection of employees to handle priority prospects using the Additive Ratio
Assessment (ARAS) method can provide an efficient, effective assessment and
can facilitate management in evaluating employee performance and can make
employees improve work quality.
