Abstract :
Atr 72-600 is one of the many small built aircraft in Indonesia. The aircraft,
of course, needs maintenance to reduce the risk of accidents and system failures.
The precision of time and efficiency of the care involved are the main factors for
the aircraft to operate on time, thus optimizing the number of mechanics
according to the workload.
This analysis involves the use of the critical path method (CPM) by working
forward and backward calculations to get the critical path result (slack). Analysis
followed by an efficiency calculation: The results of that analysis are compared
with those of the company.
Based on analysis, the value of the man hours was needed at 619.09 man
hours, whereas the value of the man hours was 926.88 man hours. There are
discretions the man hours obtained from a company of 307.78 hours. The value of
the man hours' efficiency was coupled with a c-check 02 care of 33.21%.
