The results of the research using the VE stages obtained a design plan Mixer machine which has dimensions length x width x height 1753.382 mm x 728 mm mm x 1541.236 mm, with 5 main components namely leg frame, tube frame, tubes, electric dynamos and pulleys. The selected material used is stainless steel 304 so that the total manufacturing budget is IDR 7,167,657, where This budget has saved the company's RAB funds which were originally 15,000,000, The total savings obtained are IDR 7,832,343
