Abstract :
XYZ Metal SMEs in the Yogyakarta area are one of them
metal casting industry. In the production process, IKM Metal xyz has
two production kitchens, namely clay molds and sand molds. In everyday life
Production operational activities have the potential for many dangers that can cause
accidents to workers. This research aims to analyze potential
dangers that can cause work accidents.
From the problem, a work accident risk analysis is carried out with
using JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and Hirarc (Hazzard identification risk
assessment and risk control).
The research results show that in the production of clay molds
It is known that the highest risk level is the "Extreme Risk" risk level
75 potential hazards and a total of 164 risk controls
control. Meanwhile, in sand mold production, the level of risk is known
from the highest to the lowest, namely, at the risk level "High
Risk? there are 155 potential hazards with a total of risk controls
as many as 223 controls.
