Abstract :
This measurement is measured using 4 perspectives in the balanced
scorecard namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business
process perspective and growth and learning perspective. This research is a
research that uses questionnaire, documentation, and interview methods. Data
analysis techniques use data reduction activities, data presentation, and
conclusion drawing. The results of this study suggest that companies should
implement balanced scorecard-based measurements so that companies can know
the goals to be achieved in the future. So that it is not only seen from the financial
side. In this case the authors took sample data from 2018 to 2020. From the
results of the measurements taken, it can be concluded that the performance of PT
Kalibaru Jaya Abadi is sufficient, this can be seen from the score values obtained
from each balanced scorecard perspective. The conclusion that can be drawn
through the analysis that has been done is that Balanced Scorecard is the best
method in assessing company performance, because Balanced Scorecard raises
important aspects that are ignored by traditional performance measurements,
such as aspects of human resources, systems used in the company, operational
processes, and aspects of customer satisfaction, so that the measurement results
with Balanced Scorecard will be more accurate.
