Abstract :
CV. Luciffer Inc is a company engaged in the convection home industry
with the nature of its production, namely make to order. Due to the large number
of consumers, employees have the responsibility to meet production targets every
day. From an ergonomics point of view, if a job is not designed properly or does
not pay attention to human limitations as workers, it will have a negative impact
such as decreased performance, increased processing time and product failure. The
impact of excessive workload will cause physical and mental stress. One of the
factors that causes high workload is excessive assignment. Therefore, the purpose
of this study is to determine the workload of employees at CV. Luciffer Inc using
method Defence Research Agency Workload Scale (DRAWS). The workload felt by
workers at CV. Luciffer Inc. is included in the moderate category, but there are 6
Respondents who have an Overload workload score, namely Respondent 1
(Pattern) of 68.499%, Respondent 3 (Sewing) of 64.025%, Respondent 4 (Sewing)
of 68.55%, Respondent 7 (Sewing) of 62.625%, Respondent 9 (Sewing) of 61.3%
and Respondent 13 (Packing) of 63.25% or > 60%. For the Defence Research
Agency Workload Scale (DRAWS) mental workload variable, the most dominant
based on the weighted average value of the type of work that is the most difficult to
the lightest felt by respondentis the Output Demand (OD) variable of 28,85%, Time
Pressure (TP) of 26,92%, Central Demand (CD) of 26,15%, and Input Demand
(ID) of 18,08%.
