Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is type of airplane that can be fly without human Pilot onboard and can be controlled remotely. Given the vast territory of Indonesia, an Advanced Technology is needed to carry out efficient Monitoring.so therefore an UAV Airplane is so needed which it have Advantage of being Effective in working and economical. The Research Method is a Literature study Method, With Reference to various Sources covers Theory books and Research Journal. About Design and Aircraft Design with Proven Validity. The Initial Stages about design process is take a design approach through Linear Regression, Avionics Component Determination, and Aircraft Geometry in accordance with criteria that have been Determined, then do 3D Modelling with Catia V5 Software. The result of the regression approach and Geometry calculation. The Aircraft have Fuselage Length of 0,45 m, Wingspan of 2 m, Weight of 2,18 Kg, V-Stall 9 m/s, Wing Loading of 53,134 N/m2 , Wing Area of 0,402 m2 .
