Abstract :
This Final Project discusses the simulation of aircraft weighing equipment
using Arduino and the HX711 Load Cell sensor. The aim of creating this Final
Project is to develop a tool that can measure and analyze the weight of an aircraft
using affordable and easily implementable electronic components. This Weighing
Tool consists of Arduino as the main controller and the HX711 Load Cell sensor as
the weight sensor. The method employed is an experimental approach, wherein the
simulation system is designed, implemented, and tested. Aircraft weight
measurement data is obtained through simulation and subsequently analyzed to
evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the system. Research findings indicate that
the simulation system utilizing Arduino and the HX711 Load Cell sensor is capable
of accurately measuring aircraft weight. The accuracy and reliability levels of this
system are quite high, with measurement errors of 0.00008% for sensor 1, 0.0035%
for sensor 2, and 0.00001% for sensor 3. The accuracy values (precision) are
99.92% for sensor 1, 99.96% for sensor 2, and 99.97% for sensor 3. Hence, this
system can be employed as an effective and efficient alternative in the aircraft
weight measurement process.
