Abstract :
The state space equation system used aims to simplify the modeling of
induction motors into the direct and quadrature (dq) axes. The design of the
induction motor control system with the addition of a lag-lead compensator aims
to improve the response value in the system. The results obtained are analyzing the
response value of electromagnetic torque, rotor rotation speed, and stator current
compared to time changes. When an induction moto with a lag-lead compensator
is designed with an overshoot reduction of 15%, the electromagnetic torque
produced is higher with a maximum value of 124.86%, has a lower steady state
speed of 1.05%, and the strator current achieved when the steady state is lower
with a value of 1.93%.
