Abstract :
Because there are many types of Voltaic electric bicycles at this time, these
users feel confused about choosing a Voltaic electric bicycle with various types,
namely type 100, type 101, type 202, type 203, type 301, type 302 which one is the
right one to choose. One way to overcome this problem is to have a method that
can later provide selection recommendations for making the right decision. This
research aims to design and build a recommendation system application for
choosing a Voltaic electric bicycle by applying the Multi-objective Optimization On
The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method which can solve problems by
optimizing two or more conflicting attributes. As for the criteria in considering the
selection of Voltaic electric bicycles in this study, namely Speed, Mileage, Motor,
Battery, Price, and Warranty. The results of this study are in the form of a website based Voltaic electric bicycle selection recommendation system application that
can provide recommendations to users as consideration for decision making with
the results of manual calculation testing and the system is suitable with the highest
ranking results, namely A6 (Voltaan electric bicycle type 302) with the results 0.373
and testing on various devices have been able to run with a display feasibility test
from users that is very feasible with a percentage of 83.4%.
