Abstract :
In every campus agency, including at ITDA Adisutjipto, when students will carry
out practical work, final assignments, and submit proposals, students are required
to fill out a submission form which will later be processed by each study program.
Informatics as one of the study programs in ITDA provides a Google Form as data
input for students who aim to submit some of these applications. This is because if
you are still using Google Form, data processing cannot be centralized. In the sense
that the data is still separated, between practical work forms, final assignments,
and other submission data forms. So, in this case, one method will be used, namely
the waterfall method. Is a type of application development that emphasizes
sequential and systematic phases. For its development, it can be compared to a
waterfall, where each step is done sequentially from top to bottom. This method is
needed for grouping forms based on the same type, so that the admin can manage
the form data more easily and quickly.
