Abstract :
The Cleanliness Section is part of the People's Market Division within the
Yogyakarta City Trade Service which is located at Beringharjo Market. Reports
carried out by officers are still handwritten on books and using WhatsApp groups
to include photos of work results, this causes data to be fragmented and loss of
photo data. Garbage collection by officers is still carried out randomly, there is no
fixed route to make a reference, the result is a longer time usage and a longer
collection route. Therefore, a reporting application was created, which can help
officers in terms of reporting and determine the route for waste collection. This
application utilizes Dijkstra's method, to determine the garbage collection route. In
the test results using the Black Box method goes according to the main design of
the application and based on the officer's assessment it shows that it is very effective
to use with a success rate of 79% of the officer's assessment as a user.
