Abstract :
In determining the order of service areas, technicians are often confused when they are
about to perform services, thus causing the services performed by technicians to be less efficient
and less than optimal. Several factors cause technicians to be confused when performing services,
namely, one of which is determining the target area that is still less structured. The lack of
structure in determining the order in which the destination areas are taken will have an impact on
every decision to determine the order of service areas to be worked on. So that a decision support
system is made to determine the order of the list area on the installation of WIFI and CCTV to
assist technicians in making service decisions that will be done first. The method used is the
(SMART), which is a multi-attribute, a flexible method and is more widely used because of its
simplicity in responding to the needs of decision-makers and how to analyze responses. The
determination is carried out by normalizing each criterion weight, calculating the utility value,
and getting the result of 55.8573 with a value range of 41.6 to 67.4 "Precedence"
