Abstract :
Glass is known for thousands of years and is a fairly old man-made
material. This material is considered very relevant to the existing building concept.
Glass is used as ornaments, window openings, building skin materials, to interior
glass. The transparent, simple, and clean nature of glass makes this material much
sought after by the public as a building material and glass interior. Each glass
product has a different price and quality. The variety of glass interior products
makes it difficult for consumers to determine what kind of product can match the
criteria desired by consumers. Poor road access and long distances from shops are
barriers for consumers to come to the store. Therefore, there is a need for a system
to assist consumers in selecting glass products that match the criteria chosen by
consumers. Decision Support System is used to facilitate consumers in selecting
interior products according to the criteria chosen by consumers by obtaining
results from the methods used. The method used is the Weight Product (WP) and
Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assement (WASPAS) methods. The results
obtained in the user test showed that the results of the conformity level were 90%
and the results of the non-compliance with the WASPAS and WP methods were no
different from the test results. From these results it can be shown that the
recommendations determined by the seller are in accordance with the results of the
recommendations from the system in accordance with the wishes of the buyer.
