Abstract :
This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the causes of failure that occurrred in the Hydraulic System on the KT-1B Woong Bee aircraft. The data used is in the form of a HAR maintenance book from the 043 Engineering Skadron in the period 2020. The method used in this research is Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). FMEA is a method used to analyze the causes of damage to a system/component, along with the effects if there is damage to the system/component. in this research process, the first step is to find case data that occurs in the hydraulic system at the 043 Engineering Skadron onthe KT-1B Woong Bee aircraft. The results showed that the problem of the Hydraulic System in the failure mode analysis process using the FMEA method the highest RPN (Risk Priority Number)value, namely Hydraulic Volume Less, had an RPN value of 240 with the possibility of damage to the Power Pack Assy component and Blider Valve supporting components.
