Abstract :
The aircraft that used in this research is Grob G 120TP-A. This research aims to
determine the maintenance cost of medium-level maintenance in period of 2020 and
forecasting the medium-level maintenance costs on the periodic inspection of 600 flight hours
for the 2021 period on the aircraft, so that the aircraft is always in a state of airworthiness in
order to support the implementation of operational activities as a training aircraft for the
Indonesian Air Force.
Based on the maintenance activity data, it is possible to obtain a plan for the
necessary logistics needs in the form of personnel needs, maintenance implementation time,
fuel, and spare parts. The parameters that used in calculating of maintenance cost are the
number of spare parts needed, consumable materials, fuel and labor costs. The method used
to predict the maintenance costs for Fiscal Year of 2021 uses the trend least square method
which uses maintenance cost data from 2015 to 2020.
The result of this research is the maintenance cost of periodic inspection of 600 flight
hours is "Rp.476,527,879.92.". And the results of forecasting maintenance costs for the
Periodic Inspection 600 Flying Hours of the Grob G 120 TP-A aircraft using the trend least
square method for the 2021 fiscal year is Rp. .
