Abstract :
This research aims to find out: the impact of work motivation on technician
productivity in the Autofashion Night Butterfly workshop. This approach to
research is quantitative descriptive research with the research subjects of the
workshop technician in the night-time butterfly workshops, which are not 21
technicians. Data collection techniques use the questionnaire for work motivation
and technician productivity variables. The data analysis technique used to test is
a simple regression analysis.
Based on the output of SPSS 24 that the significance RCount is 0.000 < 0.05
so correlated. And compare Pearson Correlation with Rtables. The result is 0.917
with the number of DF (n-2) = (21-2 = 19) and the significance level of 5% =
0.917 > 0.4329 so that there is an influence between work motivation and
technician productivity. Then the Pearson Correlation degree relationship is
0.917 so that it is included in the perfect correlation interaccomplishment.
The results showed that the magnitude of the double correlation value (R) of
0.917 of the output obtained coefficient of determination (rtable) of 0.840 meant
that the effect of variable work motivation to the productivity variable of the
technician amounted to 84%. It is noted that the value Fcount is 100.026 with a
signification rate of 0.001 < 0.05, hence the regression model can be used to
predict the technician's productivity variable or it can be said there is an impact
on the work motivation variable on technician productivity.
