Abstract :
The problem of operational performance productivity in PT. Seacon LNJ
Surabaya Terminal is the realization of productivity results of operational
performance that is not in accordance with the targets set by the company, this
can be seen from the results of the ability of workers to produce work that has
been completed such as container loading and unloading.
The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear
regression analysis. As proof of the hypothesis used multiple linear regression
analysis with a significant test including the T test (partial) and F test
(simultaneous). The population in this study is 30 operational employees, namely
employees of the Gate in and Stack area for loading and unloading containers.
Data collection techniques using questionnaires, while testing instruments using
the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test.
The results showed that the effect of employee operational performance on
the Gate in section was found to be equal to Fcount (63,977)> F Table (3.81),
meaning that simultaneously the independent variable (work discipline and
teamwork) affected the dependent variable (productivity) of PT. Seacon LNJ
