Abstract :
Optimizing production quantities is one of the most important activities important for a company, both service companies and goods production companies. This thesis explains about optimizing the amount of production using Integer Linear Programming ILP method with linear constraint functions, and variables are integers, and limit functions. Research data was obtained from primary data of a company consisting of production data, sales data, employee costs and company profits. The results obtained show There are many constraints that affect initial production costs. This achievement find out the company's shortage of remaining raw materials.
