Abstract :
PT GDPS (Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtra) is a company which operates in the service sector which was founded on January 25 2019. On research This time, I wanted to see which use of attendance was more effective and efficient mobile apps and finger print. Therefore, researchers used three methods, namely queue simulation on finger print using promodel version 7 software, costs- Optional costs incurred by finger print and mobile apps and know Weaknesses and advantages of using mobile apps and fingerprint via direct interviews with employees. Based on the research results, it can be seen from the percentage comparison results utilities with the same system behavior obtained the average value of the utility percentage The smallest is the use of mobile apps at 0%, meaning it doesn't happen services on one system but all employees can directly access attendance on each employee's smartphone. Therefore, there is more use of mobile apps effective compared to using finger print.
