Abstract :
This study aims to build a web service form of cryptographic services that uses the ROT10 method. This method is adapted from two methods, namely the Yogyakarta-style inverse language and ROT13 where the letters in the input will only be shifted 10 (ten) times from the original letter (letter A will become letter K, letter B will become letter L and if for letter K will be be the letter A and so on). This web service will later be made of the programming language is a python base expected to be accessible using other programming languages freely and openly by utilizing a local or interlocal network. Based on testing this application can run smoothly on the condition that it has a server Xampp, web browser and internet connection. However, in the encryption process and decryption process in this application, there are problems if using capital letters and special characters that are not included in the program, the process will not run
