Abstract :
Every aircraft reaches the velocity and level flight in variables flight condition which determined with the aircraft performance in engine and being effected with level flight. The engine performance can be determined with knowing the efficiency, the efficiency will effected the gas turbine output force. This efficiency is calculated with define the specific fuel consumption. Discussing about the specific fuel consumption, the aircraft with variables level flight will effect the fuel consumption level. In this research the author research about the analysis effect in specific fuel consumption that aircraft produced with the level flight. For this case the author does the analytic calculation manually and uses the Microsoft Excel. The author uses same parameter input data that refer to the references. The data collection method is based on the flight data recorder with aircraft variables level flight in maneuver loop action. The result of calculation in engine PT6A-62 KT-1B is according flight data recorder. The value of fuel/air ratio in 1672 feet is obtained from the result and the point is 0,014536361, in higher level the fuel/air ratio is increase because of the aircraft level flight. The specific thrust point in 1672 feet is 98,68862 lbf/(lbm/sec). It is in line with fuel/air ratio, specific thrust point is increase with aircraft level flight increasement. The specific fuel consumption in 1672 feet is 0,53026275 (lbm/hr)/lbf. The specific fuel consumption will decrease in every aircraft level flight increasement which affected with fuel/air ratio point and specific thrust point that produced. The less specific fuel consumption the more efficiency it gets.
