Abstract :
The STT Adisutjipto exam assistance system still uses paper (manual). The paperless concept can be applied in the exam participation system. The results of this final project are in the form of an absenteeism system to manage paperless review processes uses QR Code technology to reduce the use of paper and streamline the duration of the participation process to the tests. The presence system was built using PHP and HTML programming languanges with PostgreSQL database. The tests of the presence system are done directly during the test. The results of the application of the paperless presence is 1 minute 15 seconds faster than the manual presence process. The server test results show that the Attendance Management application database uses 13,9% of the processor capacity and that the Attendance Test application uses 0,7% of the capacity of the processor.
