Abstract :
In this study the author will discuss the design and application of website based software for the determination of prospective teachers in special schools, where in this agency handle children with special needs so that appropriate teachers are needed for these children, the determination of prospective teachers must be done using effective and accurate selection system with criteria according to the needs. To find out the suitable prospective teachers, researchers applied a decision support system as the process of determining using the profile matching and weighted product method as a comparison calculation stage for the results of determining the prospective teachers. In this study comparing the method of profile matching and weighted products to determine and facilitate the selection system for prospective SLB teachers who fit the desired criteria.
