Abstract :
Flaps are a secondary flight control that functions to control the rate of air flowing through the aircraft's wings. Found abnormal conditions in the implementation of functional tests on the flap control mechanism. After identifying the abnormal conditions, troubleshooting is performed on the flap control mechanism. The damage was found in the flap control unit gearbox identified in control resolvers where control resolvers could not work properly causing the flap to retract with half speed. After troubleshooting, an abnormal condition is not found during the functional test, the flap control mechanism has worked correctly
