Abstract :
Every class on a course of study electrical engineering always deals with
the knowledge of eksata and many learned theory .Making it easier to understand
a course called the theory , always be given the lab work that deals with the theory
, who is learned by a student to can is easier to understand a course called the
theory .Thus , a lot of equipment lab work that must be provided in a laboratory
technique for support lecture in need of evidence and observations by lab work .In
