Abstract :
This research aims to find out the results of analysis of the causes of failures that occurred in the Electric Motor Driven Pump system on Boeing 737 800 aircraft. Data used in the form of Pilot Report from Batik Air airlines in the period 2013 2020. The method used in this study is Failure Mode and Effect Criticality Analysis FMEC. FMECA is a method used to analyze the cause of damage to a system component, along with the effects caused in the event of damage to the system component. The first step in this research is to look for case data that occurred in hydraulic system ATA 29 on Batik Air airline, then do data processing. From the results of the analysis obtained RPN value results in the highest Electric Motor Driven Pump because EMDP cannot supply pressure to the system. Based on the calculation of RPN obtained RPN value of 12. The value is obtained from the matrix in the standard safety manual of Batik Air
