Abstract :
Along with the increasing public interest in using airplane transportation,
it must be accompanied by increasing flight safety guarantees. Therefore, it is
important to carry out a flight accident investigation and look for the factors that
cause the accident and analyze and provide recommendations, so that the same
accident does not happen again.
This study is an analysis of the data that has been investigated by the
KNKT which has been prepared in the form of a final report, after which it is
grouped based on the type of accident and the factors causing the flight accident.
In making the diagram the fault tree analysis refers to the pear model, KNKT
data, and technical data.
The results of the study show that in 2015, the percentage of serious
incidents was more frequent, reaching 60.71%. while the most dominant factor in
aviation accidents is the human factor (human factor) with a percentage of
66.70%. this shows that the human factor must be considered
