Abstract :
On time performance is a crucial factor need attentions and the main
product for airline to maintain and improve in the operational activity. This
research is intended to know the level achievement on time performance NAM Air
district Yogyakarta and minimized flight of delays for an effort to improve quality
of service.
The methods used in this study consists of two quality tools are Pareto
Chart and Fishbone Method. The use of Pareto Chart is to define and focuses on
the most problem. The use of Fishbone Method is to find the root causes from the
most problem.
The result defined achievement level of on time performance the NAM Air
airline district Yogyakarta is 60% which is poor reliability. The defined two the
most problem causing a departure of delays the NAM Air airline district
Yogyakarta is a technical operational factors and non technical operational
factors. The Fishbone Method found the root causes of two the most problem and
the results show that the problem is in the operational activity of the delay
internal factors such as errors in procedures, humans, machines and external
factors such as lack of facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, precautions and
minimize flight of delays for improving achievement on time performance as an
effort to improve quality of service.
