Abstract :
PT. Batam Aero Technic is one of airplane maintenance facilty that big enough wich make effort to be more effective and eficient to be done every work. Manhours eficiency is one of effort to be attention in maintenance project. Manhours eficiency is ratio between Maintenance Planning Data (MPD) and manhours model. Untill this day manhours planning has been made by give multiplier factor to MPD. Multiplier factor have subjectivity planner that be decided above planner experience and have different between one planner to the other then need a new multpiler factor. To get new multiplier factor will be used Linear Programming method. Method of program linear is used to find new mutilplier factor then we can optimize manhours optimaly to get new manhours Result of this experiment shows that use this method we can get total manhours with new multiple factor smaller than PPC plan and this experiment result raise of eficiency manhours 62 %
