Abstract :
Composite is a macroscopic combination of materials, so that mixed
materials can still be seen with the naked eye. By merging macroscopically the
superior properties of each material can be utilized. Fiber Cloth is a material that
looks like a thin cloth. The purpose of this final project is to know the
manufacturing process wing UAV MACM 01 using hand lay-up method, to know
the total bending load that can be withheld by wing UAV MACM 01, knowing
bending voltage that can be withheld by wing UAV MACM 01, and knowing the
failure of the wing structure due to the effect of bending loads held by wing UAV
MACM 01.
The research method used here is the experimental method. Research
starts from the wing manufacturing process, bending testing, and the last is the
calculation process.
The maximum bending load that can be resisted by wing UAV MACM
01 is 84.5 N. The bending voltage that can be withheld by wing MACM 01 is
9,8024 Pa.
