Abstract :
As time progress, more advanced use of technology. Evident by the
emergence of advanced technology called UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). Today
very much innovation and the development of the UAV footage, for example, used
in industry to improve the effectiveness of agricultural production. Where UAV use
to aid plant maintenance on cultivated land using an insecticide spraying pesticides
and. For that reason, this study will discuss a manufacturing process, the material,
long a manufacturing process, and testing systems avionics quadcopter based on
UAV sprayer
The manufacturing process of this aircraft uses the CNC Router/Milling, 3D
Printing & Workbench method. CNC Router/Milling is used to cut Carbon fiber
plate material and results from the cutting as the mainframe. 3D Printing is used
to make parts such as Engine Mounting, Arm / Arm Brackets, Sprayer Rod Brackets,
Skid Landing Brackets, others. And Workbench is used to cut Arm/Arm rods, Tank
Connecting Rods, Sprayer Rods, and Landing Skid according to the size of the
initial design.
The result of this research is the main material used is Carbon. with a long
manufacturing process, it takes 102 hours or 17 days (working hours: 6 hours/day
with 5 working days per week). As well as for testing the avionics system carried
out on the 720KV Motor and Sprayer System.
