Abstract :
PT Dirgantara Indonesia is one of place final assembly line and delivery center for Casa 295 aircraft which is designated by airbus military company. Problem in assembly probably can reduce the productivity that can affect delivery time to the customer is delayed. This study aims to find information about activity in critical path method in final assembly line C-295 aircraft and find out optimal duration in sructure final assembly line C-295 aircraft. The method that used are CPM (Critical Path Method) and PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique). CPM is a time-oriented method that determines the timing and estimation of time that is decisive / definite while PERT is a method that focuses on the time that leads in determining the probabilistic schedule and time. The results showed that the activities carried out at the end of the C-295 project at PT DI plan were 92 hours with 13 activities distributed 42 final design work of the aircraft structure C-295. Variant value (Z value) is 0.3121 which means it has a 31% chance. C-295 aircraft structure suffix can be sold at 92 hours. Action needs to be taken with a probability of 80-96% and the duration of the project is 112-125 hours
