Abstract :
This study examines the analysis of Lion Group passenger baggage problems at
Yogyakarta Adisutjipto International Airport. Where monthly data can still be evidence
that there are still baggage problems. The purpose of this study is to reduce the
occurrence of passenger baggage problems and find out the causes of baggage problems.
The data collection process is done by visiting the Lost & Found Adisutjipto
International Airport Yogyakarta to collect the daily log book data as well as by asking
the resource person directly to get information about Lion Group baggage registration.
The interview results obtained were transcribed and analyzed using statistics and the
Fishbone diagram method.
The results of the analysis raise three problems discussed here: AHL, CRT, and
DPR. Where AHL is the most common problem encountered every month. The study of
the three problems is very useful to understand the cause of the problem, so that a solution
can be found to reduce the problem after finding the root cause. On the other hand, it
also makes the passengers know that the baggage problem is not entirely wrong from
