Abstract :
Learning about the encyclopedia of indigenous home recognition in Indonesia can use mobile technology. The purpose of the lesson is to help the community, especially primary school children to know and understand about traditional house in Indonesia. Making the mobile-based encyclopedia using the eclipse programming language and using a local database. Android test results show that this encyclopedia application can be implemented in android version 4.4 (kitkat), version 5.1.1 (lollipop), version 6.0 (Marsmallow), version 7.0 (nougat), and version 7.1.2 (nougat). The data were collected by using questionnaires with 5-point Likert scale measurement. The sample in this research is teachers who are still actively working in SD Negeri 1 Adisucipto Yogyakarta and SD Negeri 2 Adisucipto Yogyakarta with the number of respondents as many as 30 respondents. The usage test is performed using the Likert Scale Formula. The results of this test show that 92.36% and included in either category.
