Abstract :
The advancement of education in this era can be used as benchmarks of progress of a country, so the development of technology through research and innovation is needed. This research aims to develop a decision support system for High School Technology Adisutjipto (STTA), namely the recommendations of the best lecturer election in the field of research using Collaborative Filtering is to predict the end result using the rating given by the user. Based on the results of testing the system, it can be concluded that the system built can be used as a solution to help choose the appropriate lecturers to be awarded as outstanding lecturers in the field of research.
