Abstract :
Bell-412EP helicopter is one of the helicopters in Indonesia that is used for defense with a maximum capacity of passengers and ammunition for war. Not much is explained in detail how each component in the helicopter functions and is easy to understand, because it is usually only in the form of images and using language that cannot be understood by everyone. In this study, the application can help understand Bell-412EP learning using interactive animation-based learning media. With this application, participants can learn all the general theories of Bell-412EP helicopters. The learning method uses the system on a desk-stop in a visual slide using Indonesian so that participants can receive theoretical messages easily, the source of information is compiled from the data in multimedia. This system testing uses 5 times the functionality test. Testing of the results of the system found no errors. User testing was carried out with a questionnaire with 30 users for 2 consecutive days and the application proved to work well
