Abstract :
The development of social media has recently made social media a
growing marketing tool. Many e-Commerce managers develop their businesses
through Onlineshop. Consumer reviews on company official accounts are very
influential on marketing and company sales levels. The number of comments left
by consumers on the official onlineshop account makes it difficult for the company
to draw conclusions whether more consumer reviews are positive, negative or
neutral if they process it manually. Therefore, a sentiment analysis system is
needed that can classify commentary data in large numbers and time effectiveness
by using the Naive Statistic Probability Method. Based on the analysis of the
sentiment analysis system, social media comment data using the Statistic
Probability method can help in determining the results of a comment data and the
system can help user to know about the result of sentiment analysis by of the
sistem
