Abstract :
Suppliers are the source that provides the first material where the chain of distribution of goods will begin. Currently, the method of making decisions on bamboo raw material inventory at UKM Karya Manunggal is conventional (intuition) or decision-making based on subjective feelings, so that it is often not right in choosing a supplier. Karya Manunggal is a bamboo craft and furniture industry company located in Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta. Along with the increasingly tight level of competition in the bamboo furniture craft sector, Karya Manunggal feels the need to review its strategy in competition and evaluate the capabilities of suppliers who are the main raw material providers. Therefore, the author conducted a study that can be used by companies to measure the weight of each supplier by applying the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) method is used to determine the comparison of inner dependence and outer dependence as well as feedback. There are 7 criteria divided into 14 sub-criteria and 6 alternatives used in this study. The final result of the calculation is Arista Bambu with a weight of 0.2327, followed by Mr. Wagiyo with 0.2106, Mr. Paimin with 0.1737, Mr. Gianto with 0.1506, Mr. Tofa with 0.1217, and Mr. Manto with 0.1107. This research is assisted by using Super Decision Software, Microsoft Excel.
